Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Project Management Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing projects to meet business objectives. This role requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the IMC team to develop strategic marketing plans and project scopes.

Project Management: Plan, manage, and execute marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Team Player: Work with cross-functional teams including creative, digital, and social media to ensure smooth project execution.

Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and meet expectations.

Performance Evaluation: Measure project success using key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to senior management.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Related experience in marketing.

Language Requirement: Fluent in both English and Chinese.

Skills:

Strong project management, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work with tight deadlines.
