Dealer Sales Manager

- Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for both existing and new customers.
- Identify and develop new sales channels to expand the company's product reach.
- Collaborate with marketing and other relevant teams to create and execute effective sales promotions.
- Drive the launch and sales of new products as well as existing ones, ensuring they meet their sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business and ensure consistent sales performance.
- Oversee, mentor, and develop the sales team to optimize their performance.
- Analyze sales data and other relevant information to continuously evaluate and improve sales strategies and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, area manager dealing with dealers
- Experience in Management level with over 15 subordinates
- Good command in English
