Business Development Manager (Construction)

- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.
- Prospect for new clients, including developers, contractors, and project owners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and present compelling proposals to win new business.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring optimal commercial terms.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, construction, finance) to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command in English (Travel overseas)
