- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies to attract high-end clients, designers, and retailers in the luxury home furnishings market.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Marketing Channel, such as real estate developers, hotels, and private clients seeking luxury interior.
- Brand Development: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing platforms. Enhance brand awareness and identity through creative marketing strategies
- Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our luxury furniture collections and trends to provide clients with expert advice and personalized solutions.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with designers, architects, and other key figures in the luxury market.
- Sales Forecasting: Create and implement sales forecasts and strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including Facebook, Tiktok, IG, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Utilize analytics tools to track performance and improve ROI.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals and deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, business development, preferably in the luxury interior design or home furnishings sector.
- Interior Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design principles, with the ability to effectively collaborate with designers and architects.
- Network: Established connections within the design, architecture, or luxury retail industries in Thailand.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently and manage projects from beginning to end.
