Senior Sale Freight Forwarding

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across air, sea, land freight, and customs clearance services.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with importers, exporters, and logistics service providers.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring competitive pricing and customized service offerings.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals that meet client-specific needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns or issues.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to foster satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Provide post-sales support and facilitate seamless coordination with the operations team to meet customer expectations.

• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Monitor, report, and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales.
• In-depth understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Thai and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience working with rubber wood is an advantage.
