QA Manager (Semiconductor)

Our client, the leading Semiconductor Manufacturing company in South East Asia, is looking for talented individuals to join their growing team.

Job descriptions:

• Assist and support the QA Director in managing and providing quality tools support to manufacturing and test operations. Collaborate with engineers on root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures. Develop control and inspection plans for both existing and new product development.
• Fulfill Quality Engineer duties within assigned areas, adhering to quality system standards.
• Investigate product quality issues, determine root causes, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to eliminate problems.
• Conduct process capability studies to improve manufacturing processes.
• Lead and coordinate investigations into customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Manage OE section resources to efficiently handle routine tasks and complete assigned projects.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on containment, corrective, and preventive actions for nonconforming products, processes, or equipment.
• Review and approve corrective and preventive action responses for adequacy and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing and assembly operations to identify and resolve production and quality system deficiencies.
• Review and approve new or revised controlled documents.
• Provide technical expertise to solve complex process-related issues and conduct necessary quality tools training for key manufacturing personnel.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by the QA director.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science in fields such as Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Process Engineering within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Knowledgeable in Quality Management Systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485.
• Familiar with Automotive Core Tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Preferably knowledgeable in VDA 6.3
• Good command in English.
