1. Submit licenses to government agencies
2. Provide suggestions for customers to prepare documents to be submitted to government
3. Provide and track licenses for customers’ agencies.
4. Participate in inventory and help customers establish warehouse system
5. Complete document preparation for permit applications
6. Screening, classifying and evaluating documents related to permit applications
7. Prepare and process relevant government forms for permit applications for clients
8. Prepare/operate Issuing original documents to/at government agencies
9. Checking the correctness of documents related to applying for permits
10. Preparing and following up on status reports of permits
11. Maintain files and correspondence. And manage documents and confidential information efficiently
12. Perform other duties as assigned
Benefits

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Political Science or any related field.
- At least 3-10 years’ experience in contacting government agencies on a regular basis.
- Proficient in Computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel, etc.)
- Excellent team-player and can work independently also handle confidential matters efficiently.
- Having high awareness of and proven experience in health, safety and environmental policy compliance.
- Very Good interpersonal skills, service mind, prioritizing of work, problem solving, building effective and cooperative internal and external relationships.
