- Supervise all inspection data and manage manpower within the QA department.
- Oversee SPC (Statistical Process Control) and R&M (Reliability and Maintenance) to analyze manufacturing and QA data effectively.
- Review and manage customer quality requirements while working collaboratively with customers to address and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and environmental management systems.
- Coach and train operators, team leaders, and supervisors on quality principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (preferably in Chemistry).
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or electronics manufacturing.
- Proficient in English with strong computer skills.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Familiarity with 5S methodology and QC 7 Tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
