Business Development Director – Biomass Energy (Able to travel abroad frequently)
บริษัท จัดหางาน มายด์เอจ จำกัด- Lead sourcing and procurement of biomass materials (e.g., palm kernel shells, wood chips, wood pellets) from domestic and international suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and supply reliability.
- Build strong supplier networks and manage contract negotiation, vendor evaluation, and long-term sourcing agreements aligned with business goals.
- Develop and drive business development strategies to acquire new clients across industrial sectors (e.g., food processing plants, factories with boilers, biomass power plants), both locally and internationally.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles—prospecting, proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation, and closing—while ensuring alignment with market trends and company targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure seamless supply chain execution and support company growth; actively represent the company in industry exhibitions and overseas business trips.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in biomass/renewable energy sourcing, industrial sales, or B2B business development—preferably with exposure to fuel/energy supply chains or boiler-based customer industries.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a result-driven personality. Fluent in English and Thai, with readiness for frequent international travel. Maturity, conciseness in communication, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are essential.
