About the Company:

- Manage and maintain regular businesses as Sales PIC (Person in Charge) for sugar (domestic), molasses, and tea, including supplier and customer relationship management
- Identify and explore opportunities to expand current businesses and sugar-related products through market research and new customer/supplier development
- Supervise and coordinate with the Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth business operations and provide support in sales-related tasks
- Serve as a backup for the Sales Coordinator when necessary
- Handle internal processes and collaborate with relevant departments to support both business and non-business matters
- Male or Female, aged 29–32 years
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Food Business or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to business development
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure
- Positive thinker with adaptability and a curious, eager-to-learn attitude
- High attention to detail, flexibility, and punctuality
