About the Company:

- Develop new products and new business from the ground up
- Execute tasks related to sales operations and documentation such as import/export, raw material sourcing, and FDA-related processes
- Provide support and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction (e.g., claims, quality issues, inquiries)
- Report and manage accurate data regarding sales & purchases, inventory, and payment status (e.g., overdue reports, long/short position management)
- Complete application and registration processes through internal systems while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Male or Female, aged 25–30 years
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development and/or Trading Business
- (Experience in food distribution, food retail, FDA registration, or new business development is an advantage)
- Business-level communication in English; Japanese is an advantage but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a proactive attitude toward new challenges
- Fast learner, adaptable, accurate, flexible, and punctual
