● Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR roles.
● Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
● Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
● Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
● Logical, with strong analytical skills and keen attention to details
● Team player and Fast learner who can proactively assess cost-benefit relationships
● Highly committed with a solid sense of ownership and responsibility
● Demonstrates the ability to build belief and influence within the organization behind breakthrough projects
● Demonstrates confidence and resilience to bring the organization along on the journey

● Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
● Experience in social media HR is an advantage.
