POSITION: HR Analyst (OD)
LOCATION: Thung Song Hong, Lak Si District, Bangkok
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: 30,000 – 40,000 baht

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement OD strategies and programs to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
• Conduct assessments and analyses to identify opportunities for organizational development and improvement.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align OD initiatives with educational goals and objectives.
• Develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of OD initiatives with business goals.
• Analyze and interpret data related to employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.
• updated trends and best practices in organizational development and training
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, training, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing development programs and initiatives.
• Proficiency in using OD tools and techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills.
• Communicate in English at an intermediate level or higher.
