• Male/Female, age not over 32
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT related fields
• 3-7 years’ experience in direct IT/Network/Engineering Technical support
• Able to understand customer contracts, Service Level Agreement, and Scopes of work.
• Willingness to work in shifts and provide on-call support as needed.
Technical knowledge of
o Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related networking services.
o Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).MS Office
o Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Datadog) and incident response systems.
o Experience with Remote Applications and Tools such as VNC, PC anywhere, Windows Remote Desktop, VPN, Telnet, SSH.
o Network Security and VPN
o Firewall, VPN, MPLS, Lease Line, ADSL
o Windows Server
o VM Ware and Hyper V
• Good Troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of English. (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Customer Service mind.
• Able to work under pressure and time constrain.
• Preferred:
o Experience in automation/scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible, Power Automate, UiPath).
o Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
