1. Asset Data Management:
Responsible for managing and maintaining asset data on the system. This includes overseeing processes for asset issuance, return, alteration, transfer, allocation, and scrapping, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of asset data.
2. Asset Circulation :
Assist in managing the circulation of assets, including notifying departments via email for the recycling and allocation of circulating assets.
3. Lost of resigning Asset and Compensation Management:
Assist in managing incidents of asset loss resigned employees, including deductions and compensation matters. Responsible for recording and reporting asset losses and executing related compensation processes.
4. Asset Issue Coordination and Internal Processing:
Acts as a liaison between various business departments and the asset management team to address asset-related issues. Coordinates and resolves asset problems, ensuring a quick and effective internal processing workflow.
5. Headquarters Asset Management:
Manages and maintains the assets of the management headquarters, including regular inventory and updating asset status. Ensures compliance and efficient utilization of headquarters' assets.
6. Resign Employee Management:
Manage the system of assets of resigning employees of Flash Express Company on the system in order to consider the release of employee salaries.
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields
-At least 1-2 years of experience in Asset Management or other related
- Have good customer service awareness and communication skills, good team cooperation and document making abilit.
- Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous, logical, practical, active, good at communication and coordination.
- Proficient in mastering Ms. Office's computer skills, especially Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc) and PowerPoint.
- Capable of communicating in Thai English or Mandarin (at least HSK5).
