• Daily Claim Data analysis, Check claim billing under Lazada platform
• Understand the business and customer SOP to have well resolve the cases.
• Good communication skill both internal and external.
• Have to logical skill to resolve the case to have company advantage.
• Present and training – capability to create PPT and have training with related department if any or/and customer.
• Clean pending case in X-space to zero daily.
- Bachelor degree in any field
- 2-3 year experience in transportation or logistics related industries
- Good office software skills, especially excel/ppt; working experience in foreign companies is preferred
Self-motivated and capable of learning, organizational, interpersonal and teamwork
- Active, enthusiastic, caring, responsible, results-oriented, able to arrange work at the same time and reasonably and effectively
- The working language is mainly Thai, and the cross-border customer service manager must be able to speak at
