1.Draft and review all agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
2.Organize, implement, and supervise the implementation of the company's legal system, as well as the company's legal training.
3.Update business-related laws and regulations.
4.Support superior to Improve the legal business risk control system and provide compliance advice and suggestions.
5.Work closely with other departments on collection, litigation, and government relations agencies.
6.Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to business.
1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
2.At least 5 years of work experience in legal.
3.At least 2 years of work experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
4.Age not over 35 years old.
5.Good command in English.
