• Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
• Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
• Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and to keep costs down where possible.
• Assess and resolve issues relating to transportation, customer problems, export, and logistics systems.
• Communicate with various other departments as needed to create comprehensive schedules for business processes such as sales appointments, shipping, and accounting tasks.
• Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rate and routing.
• Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
• Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
• Analyze the financial impact of logistical processes and proposed changes to determine maximum efficiency in terms of routing, transportation. resources while continuing to meet customer requirements.
• Other task depend on assignment
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management or any related fields
- Over 2 years experience in Sales coordination or relevant
- Good SAP system knowledge/experience
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, good attitude and energetic.
- Good level of English.
- If any of above is not according to qualification requirement. Need to have approval of Managing director
