Overseas Purchasing

• Establish and implement purchasing policies, procedures and best practices.
• Handling the purchasing function for local and overseas purchasing for both direct and indirect materials.
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
• Manage day-to-day purchasing and planning activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the organization.
• Develop and propose purchasing strategies aligned with Management’s goals.
• Assure that deliveries of raw materials are in accordance with production planning, in order to minimize working capital and prevent " down time due to shortages.
• Direct procurement policies to ensure all items are purchased and delivered within budget and time constraints
• Issue Purchase order for direct import shipment & Create LPI (License per Invoice) for import shipment. 
• Being responsible for purchasing and procurement policy and strategy.
• Being responsible for the cost analysis by structure and market trend. troubleshoot cost, quality and delivery concerns.
• Manage reporting and budgeting according to company guidelines.
• Other task depend on assignment.

• Male/Female age 25-40 Years old.

• Bachelor Degree of Management and Administration, Marketing , logistics , or other any similar.

• Minimum 2 year working experience in purchasing.

• Good accountability and high sense of responsibility.

• Good level of English.

• Good attitude and energetic.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Ready to work with international colleague.
