หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and present cybersecurity solutions that address their specific requirements.
Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Develop technical proposals, system architectures, and custom configurations to support the sales process.
Understand client infrastructure and business processes to design and recommend tailored cybersecurity solutions.
Partner with customers to ensure seamless integration of our products with their existing systems.
Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) deployments, providing technical guidance during the evaluation phase.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, building strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Work closely with customer IT and security teams to answer technical questions, provide insights, and address concerns throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with the product management teams to deliver the work in accordance with the scope.
Assist in post-sale implementation and provide hands-on training for customers to ensure the successful adoption and use of our solutions.
Offer ongoing support to resolve technical issues and optimize the product’s performance for customers.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical pre-sales, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including endpoint security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, encryption, PAM, and threat intelligence platforms.
Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Hands-on experience with Proof of Concept (PoC) and product evaluation processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product, and technical teams.
Experience in CrowdStrike would be advantage.
Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, CCSP) are a plus.
