Operation Manager
บริษัท รักษาความปลอดภัย การ์ดฟอร์ซ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด1. Identifies market needs and plans for the Security Personnel, business to meet short-and long-term business needs and goals.
2. Develops and implements total security sales and service strategies to meet organizational and business objectives.
3. Identifies the developments and market needs within the area of responsibility.
4. Manages and achieves the branch's overall sales targets, within the assigned areas, as planned quarterly/yearly.
5. Maintains and improves business relations with all clients and targets new clients/sales opportunities.
6. Supports and monitors functions planned by Head office such as Training Programs, Recruitment & Retain Scheme, Performance Evaluation, Policies & Procedures, Sales and Services and other relevant assignments.
7. Ensure security personnel effectively work and are deployed at the clients' sites as required and acts as a team leader to resolve any Security Personnel manpower shortage.
8. Reports in a timely fashion to Managing Director any Situation and provides plans, recommendations and reports when needed.
9. Constantly monitors and develops the performances of Senior Area Manager, Area Manager, Account Manager, Inspector, Site Manager and Site Supervisor.
10. Manages branch office budget and ensures expenditures are within the budget and in compliance with established financial standards.
11. The position is accountable for implementing assigned responsibilities and activities to attain ISO goals and objectives.
- A degree in General Management is required/preferred or
- A minimum 10 years of security knowledge, skills, experience in security industries/companies/organizations.
- Business acumen, detailed, well-organized, customer-oriented and independent ability.
- Good English communications and computer competencies.
