Safety Officer

• Ensure that all Guardforce Thailand's EH&S policies, procedures and practices are aligned with Guardforce's EH&S global policies, procedures and practices. Coordinates with management, employees, trainers and audit in EH&S activities. Support the development of EH&S policies and programs. Coordinates government agencies in Occupational Health & Safety related.
• Advise management EH&S legislation and updates contemporary EH&S issues.
• Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics.
• Ensure the organization's management and supervisor level understand, trasfer and operate EH&S policies and procedures towards their subordinates.
• Conducts company's safety risk assessment and enforce preventative measures. 
• Conducts inspections and audit operation processes and supports unit which are in conformance to Safety, Quality Standards and procedures. 
• Evaluate and assess standards of operations and supports process specifications and other related issues to ensure the Safety & Quality Standards.
• Develop, monitor and track the Safety & Quality audit result and finding in order to process improvements in services.
• Assist and support teams in conducting Quality audits and Internal & External audits.
• Review existing Company Occupation Health & Safety policies and update according to legislation.
• Initiate and organize EH&S training for employees and executives.
• Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-confirmity (e.g., not using protective equipment)
• Oversee safety equipment installations, mainternance, disposal of substances etc.
• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle work's accident compensation claims.
• Prepare reports on occurences and provide statistical information to upper management.
• Conduct the Safety instruction, site audit program to check randomly at customer sites and Guardforce's branches.
• Analyze injury trends in order to plan and implement EH&S training and development programs.
• Conduct the training for safety management and supervisory levels about how to process incident reports, how to identify and asess risks and hazards in working environment and related EH&S scopes.
• Keep track and update Occupational Health & Safety Law and regulation log.
• Emergency plan and evacuation plan review and update.
• Communicate with employees and management about Occupation Health & Safety awareness.
• Support operations Top customers to join the Safety committee Meeting by customer require.
• Support operations to prepare document as customer requests.

- A degree in Occupation Health & Safety is required/prefered or.

- A minimum 1 year of EH&S/ Safety knowledge, skills, experience in general industry/ companies/ organizations.

- Detailed, well-organized and independent ability.

- Good English communications and computer compentecies.
