หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Collaborate with the Operations Manager of the security personnel in planning, implementing, and monitoring the security personnel business and workforce in the assigned area.
Act as the company representative in coordinating and working with the client or the client's representatives on business and relationship matters.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the security personnel business in the assigned area.
Ensure that Assistant Area Managers, patrol officers, and head security personnel perform their duties as assigned.
Ensure that security personnel are assigned and carry out their duties at each designated site and lead decision-making in solving immediate issues in case of manpower shortages.
Report to superiors on matters related to the client's operations within the appropriate time frame, including providing recommendations, solutions, and submitting reports upon instruction.
Participate in planning the recruitment process to manage the workforce within the area.
Perform duties under Guardforce Security (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

คุณสมบัติ

- At least 5 years of experience in security.

- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/management role.

- Basic computer and English language skills.

- Strong management skills and team leadership abilities.

- Customer-oriented with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.

- Responsible, with leadership qualities and strong ethical standards.

- Detail-oriented, with good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Able to adapt well, good interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.

- Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work well in a team.

- Own a car and able to travel to oversee areas of responsibility within Suratthani.
