คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน

งานประจำ

8 - 10 ปี

ชลบุรี

ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า

สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibility:

1. Quality control and inspection all site works (Structures & Architect) in representative of Owner in order to confirm that the structure works comply to the design drawings and standard practice.

2. Attend all concern meetings in representative of owner.

3. Coordinate with all concern parties to target on the project schedule ( Designer, CM, Contractor, Government)

4. Timely report summary of site progress, site issues and critical path.

5. Review Shop drawing, Material approval, VO & VE and Payment.

6. Review the concern Contract, TOR .

คุณสมบัติ

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree Civil Engineer

2. Minimum 8-10 years experience with site construction supervision, project management especially on high rise building residential project.

3. Good command of spoken and written English

4. Good command of computer program (MS Office) and internet

5. Experience in Microsoft project is a plus.

6. Have ability to work under pressure with strong leader skill.

7. Good command of coordination and communication skill

8. Possess background in Contract Preparation, Prequalification and Tender Preparation, Estimation and related engineering document works is an advantage.
