Business : Leading Food Ingredient Manufacturing
Salary : 70,000 - 110,000 THB (Based on experience)
Location : Lat Lum Kaeo, Pathum Thani
Reports To: Plant Manager
Subordinate: 30-50 subordinates, including 5-6 engineers and the remaining technicians
Working Day : Mon - Fri
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the mechanical and electrical engineering functions within the plant
- Lead and coordinate project engineering efforts
- Develop and implement effective planning and control strategies
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
- Ensure optimal system maintenance and reliability
- Manage and execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Achieve and maintain cost savings on maintenance expenses
- Implement project improvements that result in cost savings and enhanced machine performance
- Successfully lead and execute innovative project initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred), Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- At least 20 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in manufacturing plant within food and beverage industries such as starch, sugar or chemical
Skills:
- Comprehensive project management expertise
- Proficiency in maintenance protocols and best practices
- Strong background in production and operations management
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies
- Good analytical thinking abilities
- Strategic planning and execution
- Leadership role model.
