วัน-เวลา ทำงาน : 8.00 - 17.00 / 8.30 - 17.30 / 9.00 - 18.00 / 9.30 - 18.30 / Flexible Hour

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

ออกแบบและพัฒนาสถาปัตยกรรมระบบ (System Architecture) เพื่อรองรับการทำงานที่หลากหลาย และเลือกใช้เทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมในการปรับปรุงบริการและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของระบบ
ดูแลและกำหนดแผนการขยายระบบ (Capacity Planning & Scalability Strategy) เพื่อให้ระบบรองรับการเติบโตในอนาคต
บริหารจัดการความปลอดภัยของระบบ รวมถึงการสำรองข้อมูล ป้องกันภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ และติดตามอัปเดตซอฟต์แวร์เพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัย
พัฒนาแผนการตอบสนองเมื่อเกิดปัญหา (Incident Response Strategy) เพื่อลดเวลาที่ระบบไม่สามารถใช้งานได้จากภัยคุกคาม และจัดทำการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา (Root Cause Analysis)
ติดตามและตรวจสอบการทำงานของระบบ (Performance Monitoring) เพื่อวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มและพัฒนาแผนการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ (Performance Optimization Strategy)
วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคทั้งในส่วนของฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ เพื่อให้ระบบทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
วิเคราะห์และออกแบบแผนการพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลและโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน (Data & Infrastructure Projects)
ให้คำแนะนำในการจัดทำข้อเสนอทางเทคนิค (Technical Proposal) และร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกเพื่อพัฒนาบริการ
ศึกษาและทดลองใช้งานเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เช่น ระบบคลาวด์และการจัดการคอนเทนเนอร์ (Containerization) เช่น Docker และ Kubernetes
ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

คุณสมบัติ

อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 6 ปี
มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลระบบ (System Administration) และการบริหารจัดการข้อมูล (Data Administration)
มีประสบการณ์ในการติดตั้งและดูแลระบบเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Linux, Windows) และบริการ Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure)
มีประสบการณ์ในการแก้ไขปัญหาระบบเครือข่ายและการจัดการ Firewall
มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการคอนเทนเนอร์และการปรับใช้ (Containerization & Deployment) เช่น Docker และ Kubernetes
มีประสบการณ์ในการวางแผนและจัดทำ Performance Monitoring
มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบ (System Architecture)

ทักษะเฉพาะทาง

การจัดการฐานข้อมูล เช่น MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server
การใช้บริการ Cloud Solution เช่น AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
การใช้งานและตั้งค่า Docker และ Kubernetes

ทักษะพิเศษ

ความสามารถในการเขียนสคริปต์เพื่ออัตโนมัติงานต่างๆ เช่น Bash (Linux), PowerShell (Windows) หรือ Python
การใช้เครื่องมือ Monitoring เช่น Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Elastic Search หรือ SolarWinds
