หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

ให้คำปรึกษาเชิงเทคนิคและธุรกิจในการนำข้อมูลภาครัฐมาประยุกต์ใช้ในหน่วยงานต่างๆ พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาเครื่องมือที่สนับสนุนการพัฒนารัฐบาลดิจิทัล
กำกับดูแลและให้คำปรึกษาการดำเนินโครงการด้านการจัดการข้อมูลภาครัฐให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
ออกแบบและพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านข้อมูล (Data Infrastructure) เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
วางแผนและควบคุมคุณภาพข้อมูล (Data Quality) ตลอดวงจรชีวิตข้อมูล (Data Life Cycle)
ประเมินและออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมข้อมูล (Data Architecture) เพื่อเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลในองค์กรและระหว่างหน่วยงาน
พัฒนาคลังข้อมูล (Data Warehouse) และเดตาเลค (Data Lake) ให้รองรับความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน
บูรณาการข้อมูลจากแหล่งต่างๆ ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
ออกแบบและพัฒนากระบวนการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการวิเคราะห์
สร้างโปรแกรมและโมเดลข้อมูลเพื่อค้นหารูปแบบ (Pattern) และพัฒนาการคาดการณ์ (Predictive Models) โดยใช้เทคนิค Machine Learning และ AI
วิเคราะห์และจัดการข้อมูลโดยใช้เครื่องมือ Data Analytics เพื่อค้นหาข้อมูลเชิงลึกและแนวโน้มสำคัญ
จัดทำและนำเสนอรายงานการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น รายงานธุรกิจ (Business Intelligence Report), รายงานวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Data Analytics Report) และการนำเสนอข้อมูลแบบภาพ (Data Visualization)
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์, วิศวกรรมศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์, บริหารคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์
ประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานด้านการจัดการข้อมูลอย่างน้อย 6 ปี
เคยออกแบบและพัฒนา Data Infrastructure และ Data Architecture ทั้งในองค์กร On-Premise และ Cloud
มีประสบการณ์ในการวางแผนและควบคุมการบริหารจัดการข้อมูล เช่น Data Governance, Data Security หรือ Compliance (PDPA, ISO 27001)
มีความสามารถในการบริหารและพัฒนา Data Warehouse, Data Lake และ ETL Pipelines สำหรับข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่
มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการวิเคราะห์และพัฒนา Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning และ AI Solutions

ทักษะและความสามารถ

ความรู้ด้านฐานข้อมูลและการจัดการข้อมูล เช่น SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB
ความรู้ในด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลขั้นสูง เช่น Machine Learning
ความเข้าใจใน Data Governance, Data Security, Data Quality
ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและมาตรฐานด้านข้อมูล เช่น PDPA, ISO 27001

ทักษะพิเศษ

การพัฒนา AI/ML Algorithms เช่น Regression, Classification, Clustering, Deep Learning
ความสามารถในการใช้ Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) หรือ R ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
