Location: Sathorn, Bangkok
Salary: 140,000 - 170,000 THB (Based on experience)
Reporting to: Head of Corporate HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all HRM functions at a management level across multiple business units.
- Manage a team of 4 HR professionals handling recruitment, payroll, welfare, and HR operations.
- Ensure smooth payroll operations with hands-on experience in payroll processing and audits. Experience in implementing or upgrading payroll systems is a plus.
- Provide HR support to approximately 300 employees across 7 subsidiaries, working closely with 5 Managing Directors.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, disciplinary actions, policy implementation, and conflict resolution.
- Spearhead employee engagement initiatives such as team outings and company-wide activities, with the confidence to lead and speak on stage.
- Drive Performance Management Systems (PMS) and KPI frameworks to enhance workforce productivity.
- Bring expertise in HROD (Human Resource & Organization Development) areas such as Talent Management, Competency Development, and Job Evaluation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Foster a collaborative, service-oriented HR approach, balancing compliance with a people-first mindset.
- Experienced HR leader aged 44-48 years old with a strong background in HRM and payroll management (Over 10 years of experience in HR management level).
- A strategic thinker with hands-on experience in HR operations and labor law compliance.
- A proactive and approachable leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively lead HR transformation and change management.
- A people-oriented professional with a service mindset, who believes in building a positive and engaging workplace culture.
