• Take a lead design role of Brand visual identity
• Translate strategy into visual compelling, emotionally engaging stories
• Work with cross functional team to ensure brand identity and concept is carried through all channel
• Act as a visual storyteller who understand & lift up brand image to the next level
• Actively follow global design trends, and proactive in contributing fresh ideas
• Provide creative solutions as needed to resolve all design challenge
• Has a thorough understanding of typography, photography and graphic design
• Manage collaboration across functions, including Photography, VDO content, Copy, Visual Merchandising and Product Design teams
• Work closely with Graphic design, Content Creator and marketing to ensure accurate development against design target
• Create advertising for print, online media including packaging design & POSM at store
• Extensive understanding of brand strategy, design processes, and creation of stylistic guidelines
