• Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Schedule and prepare payments for approval, including checks, bank transfers, and other payment methods.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for AP.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare PP30 (Input VAT) report with supporting documents.
• Reconcile the Oracle Netsuite input VAT report against the tax invoices and ensure the original tax invoices.
• Prepare documentation and assist with both internal and external audits as needed.
• Review and manage the in-house accounting systems.
• Handling other tasks as assigned.
• Assist in the NetSuite implementation.
• Thai nationality, age not over 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in the accounting field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, WHT, VAT and Tax.
• Have a good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• The ability to multi-task, be willing, and able to handle numerous tasks simultaneously is an important attribute.
• Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to manage the schedule and work in the assigned timeline.
• Good interpersonal skills & a team player.
• Can do mindset and able to do hard work.
