position Overview:

The Business Analyst (BA) acts as a crucial link between customers and the development team, ensuring business needs are understood and delivered effectively. The role involves gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements, designing functional solutions, and verifying that the proposed solutions meet client expectations. The BA will also oversee progress tracking and facilitate efficient communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between customers and the development team to ensure clear communication and understanding of business needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive requirement documents, functional designs, and user interface specifications.
• Analyze and understand current processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and document solutions that align with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Create test cases, test scenarios, and execute validation to ensure business needs are met.
• Track project progress by opening, updating, and managing tickets in tools like Jira.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Participate in meetings at client offices as required.

​-Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.

-At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or hospitality.

-Strong analytical skills with expertise in gathering, defining, and documenting business requirements.

-Proficiency in designing user interfaces and understanding IT business processes.

-Experience with tools like Jira and knowledge of agile methodologies.

-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work effectively across teams with varying levels of technical expertise.

-Strong command of written and spoken English.

-A service-oriented mindset with a professional and approachable personality.
