We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Digital Account Executive to join our dynamic digital agency team. As a Digital Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact between S39 and our clients, ensuring seamless communication and successful execution of digital marketing strategies. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our agency, maintaining regular communication and addressing their specific needs related to Chinese digital marketing.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and target audience.
- Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, develop project briefs, and create detailed action plans.
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and technical teams, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and progress updates, showcasing the value delivered by our agency's services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional agency services to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Increase the client pipeline by proactively seeking out and engaging with potential clients in relevant industries.
