– Develops innovative and functional architectural designs that align with client requirements and project goals.
– Conducts feasibility studies and site analysis to inform design decisions.
– Creates detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
– Collaborates with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
2. PROJECT LEADERSHIP
– Oversees multiple architectural projects simultaneously.
– Provides strategic direction and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.
– Manages project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
– Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
3. CLIENT MANAGEMENT
– Builds strong relationships with clients and understands their needs and expectations.
– Presents design concepts and proposals to clients effectively.
– Addresses client concerns and resolves issues promptly.
4. QUALITY ASSURERUNCE
– Ensures compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
– Conducts quality control reviews of design documents and construction progress.
– Identifies and resolves design and construction issues.
5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
– Contributes to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building client relationships
– Develops proposals and presentations for potential clients.
– Participates in industry events and networking activities.

5. Proficiency in architectural design software. (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Vray, etc.)
6. Business level English.

8. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
9. Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design
