Sales Growth and Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Provide recommendations to the management team for revenue optimization.
Operational Oversight and Branch Standards
- Review and assess operational processes across branches offering .
- Ensure all branches maintain consistent standards that align with sales objectives.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in operational workFolds to improve efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to branch teams to support service excellence.
Project Management
● Lead project from conceptualization to execution.
● Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables while managing resources effectively.
● Monitor project performance, ensuring goals and KPIs are met.
● Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
Performance Analysis and Improvement
● Conduct post-launch evaluations of the services.
● Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
● Present findings to the management team with actionable recommendations for project optimization.
● Implement corrective actions and monitor the impact of changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, project management, or related roles.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to oversee branch operations and project implementation.
- Experience in the service or retail industry is an advantage.
