- Responsible for recruitment to fill in vacancy position
- Executes HR business strategies to drive key business results; provides guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with business leaders to support and anticipate needs
- Partner with other HR Business Partners and centers of excellence to ensure alignment and to create a strong, cross-functional team
- Develop strategic and operational plans to achieve results and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives through development initiatives
- Provides consultation to managers on talent development, performance management, employee relations and labor law compliance
- Consults with employees and managers on employee relations issues and facilitates appropriate procedure is followed in alignment with organizational standards and labor law
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and serves as the HR subject matter expert to all employees
- Simplifies tools and processes that create more capacity for employees and ensure better outcomes
- Analyzes root causes of work environment issues; manages interventions and solutions in collaboration and cooperation with key stakeholders
- Consult with leaders, managers and employees on key, sensitive and delicate employee relations issues and initiate action plans to address and resolve issues and mitigate risk
