• Issue business documents e.g., invoices, tax invoices, receipts, tax certificates, etc.
• Record all accounting entries including, sale, purchase, receive, payment, and adjustment.
• Control inventory and fixed assets including maintaining stock cards and fixed asset registers.
• Assist supervisor in preparing tax returns, accounting closing, and all supporting information.
• Coordinate/ follow up with suppliers, customers, and other departments within the company.
• Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
