• Understanding of technology systems and applications Proficiency in tools and techniques used in requirements gathering and analysis
• Understand and comply with relevant laws and regulations related to data protection, such as PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure their requirements are met.
• Able to analyze complex data, identify patterns and trends, and propose solutions to enhance business processes and systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Communication Skills
• Ability to present and negotiate to achieve clear understanding, engage stakeholders, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Ability to think critically and make reasoned judgments to solve complex problems.
• Understanding the business domain and industry trends is important for IT Business Analysts to align technology solutions with business goals
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is beneficial for IT Business
• Analysts to effectively manage requirements, timelines, and resources
• Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in any related fields
• 2-5 years experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role
• Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and abstract low-level information to a more general understanding
• Ability to communicate clearly with end-users, peers and management
