1. PMO
• Manage project engineer to deliver project implementation within project plan
• Consult and assist project engineer to solve issue raised during project delivery
• Manage overall project timeline and report progress to management level
2. Project Management
• Define Scope of Project ITOM.
• Identify Stakeholder, Decision-makers, and escalation procedure.
• Develop detail task list (work breakdown structure).
• Estimate time requirement.
• Develop initial project management flow chart.
• Identify require resources and budget.
• Evaluate project requirements.
• Identify and evaluate risks.
• Prepare contingency plan.
• Identify interdependencies.
• Identify and track critical milestones.
• Participate in project phase review.
• Secure needed resources.
• Manage the change control process.
• Report project status.
• Help & support CEO handles IT mega projects.
3.Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably expected of the role and as necessary in order to achieve the objectives of the R&D and NETKA Goals
