AR Responsibilities
• Record accounts receivable transactions and payments received from customers
• Issue receipts, invoices, and tax invoices for customers.
• Handle and monitor for withholding tax documents from customers.
• Prepare and summarize daily transactions received.
• Perform bank and AR balance reconciliations and ensure alignment with the GL.
• Support the month end process by providing supporting documentation for month end journals.
• Performing various other duties as assigned by Senior Accounting.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
บันทึกรายการตั้งลูกหนี้ และรับชำระหนี้
ออกใบเสร็จ ใบแจ้งหนี้ และ ใบกำกับภาษี ให้ลูกค้า
จัดการและตรวจสอบ เอกสารหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ของลูกค้า
จัดเตรียมทำสรุปรายงานการรับเงินรายวัน
กระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคารและบัญชีลูกหนี้การค้ากับบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไป
จัดเตรียมเอกสารและสนับสนุนการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน
ทำงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้าแผนกบัญชี
Requirements
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• At least 2 years’ experience in accounting fields.
• Good knowledge of Thai accounting standards, accounting systems and internal control frameworks.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• High responsibility.
• Able to complete tasks under the limited time.

ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาเอกการบัญชี
มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานบัญชี อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเบื้องต้น เกี่ยวกับการทำบัญชีและระบบบัญชี
มีทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลที่ดี
มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
สามารถทำงานได้ทัน ตามเวลาที่กำหนด และ จัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้
