- Make Construction Schedule
- Able to read and understand construction drawings
- Able to control sub-con to work with high quality, on time schedule, not over budget
- Control work with safety
- Able to coordinate with consultant
- Able to make reports for site inspection, and prepare method statements for construction work
- Able to make bar cut list and estimation for construction work
- Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or other related field
- At least 5 years experience in construction site
- Has computer skills, including MS Project, MS Office (Especially MS Excel), MS Project
- Good command of English
- Able to work in construction in the suburban area / able to relocate
- Able to work under pressure and able to coordinate with colleagues
- Capable of using Revit, Sketch Up will be advantages
- Annual Check Up

- Language allowance (Baht/month) TOEIC Score 700 = 5,000 Baht / Score 900 = 10,000 Baht/month
