As one of system team responsible for
• Monitor services of network providers, ensure that they are providing high-quality service.
• Maintenance IT infrastructure including data center, servers, network devices and so on.
• Monitor the running of system, keep the supported IT system running smoothly and reduce its down time as less as possible to avoid impact to business operation
• Fulfil the daily request for the network and system management& Information security services.
• Manage O-NET Thailand branch company IT infrastructure including data center, servers, network devices and so on.
• Risk Assessment for Organization, Environment and Safety
• Chemical Management
• Waste Management
• Emergency Responsibility
• Incident Investigation
• Diploma in Computer or related field.
• 1+ years of IT Networking, IT systems technical support and operation work experience.
• Teamwork spirit and good communication and coordinate skill.
• Strong customer service mind-set.
