Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the immediate reversal of accounts receivable, overdue accounts tracking, and account aging analysis reports.
- Manage the calculation of advertising revenue for the AI schedule.
- Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Collaborate with accountants and the parent company to support internal and external audits.
- Assist in various tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: Prior experience in an advertising agency or advertising industry is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software, CRM systems, and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
