- Define the company’s technological vision, strategies, and roadmap.
- Oversee, responsible for overall teams of IT departments.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of technologies.
- Ensuring the company's technology aligns with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead research and innovation efforts to keep the company ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with leadership to align technology with business objectives.
- Design and develop robust IT infrastructure to support business growth.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and gain a competitive advantage.
- Ensure IT infrastructure scalability, security, and reliability.
- Build and lead high-performing technical teams.
- Plan and manage the technology budget to maximize return on investment.
- Identifying and mitigating potential technology risks.
- Staying abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, Engineering, or a related.
- Proven experience in technology leadership roles minimum 10 years of experience in technology-related roles.
- Strong technical expertise of various technologies such as Cloud Computing, AI, Big Data, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior management and employees.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of software development, system architecture, and emerging tech.
- Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
