1. Invent and design new products with customer and market needs.
2. Design the production process. and set standards to confirm production for each product.
3. Develop prototypes for new/existing products and conduct efficacy testing.
4. Prepare samples to present to customers according to sales needs.
5. Manage cosmetic safety, stability, shelf life and storage testing of each product.
6. Provide and monitor the product specification and communicate with the production dep.
7. Research the 2nd source or alternative raw material.
8. Following up on product registration progress with the FDA approval, other approvals and relevant licenses/certifications for product formulas, packaging and efficacy claims until obtaining the FDA number/approval license.
9. Drive innovation by identifying new additives, technologies, and formulations to enhance the company's product portfolio.
10. Providing updates on the topics related to regulations from regional and global organizations, i.e., EU, Asean GMP, FDA, etc.
11. Develop and implement project plans for new product development, coordinating activities across various departments.
1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemical Science , Cosmetics Science or related fields.
2. At least 3 years in cosmetic product development such as personal care, make-up, herbal product etc.
3. Understanding & Lead new product development process in all activities since conceptualization till commercialization.
4.Develop and implement project plans for new product development, coordinating activities across various departments.
5.Commercially-minded with good creativity and initiative; Able to contribute to marketing claims based on understanding of product technology.
6. Have good knowledge and understanding of FDA and Asean GMP including product registration.
7. Experience in regulatory affairs, including product registration.
8. Knowledge in GHPs, HACCP, ISO 22000, HALAL will be beneficially.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both English and Thai.
