• Focus on high levels of cross-district service by providing a welcoming, polite and helpful service to students, staff, parents and visitors to the school library at all times.
• Work closely with the other members of the Library team in the other two schools, under the supervision of the Library Manager, to pass on messages, information and help to complete jobs together.
• Work with and inform, maids, Maintenance and MIS, if repairs or cleaning is needed to ensure the Library is safe, clean, presentable and in proper working order.
• Develop supportive and open relations with students and help to keep the Library a peaceful place for work and reading by reminding all Library users of acceptable behavior in the Library.
• Help with exhibitions, displays and clubs that take place in the library, including occasional library events in the other two schools if required.
• Plan and run activities or clubs to encourage school community to use the library under the supervision of the Library Manager.
• Handle book losses and overdue with sensitivity and politeness according to Library procedures.
• Refer any problems and issues to do with stock or users or student welfare promptly to the Library Manager and/or relevant teachers.

-Female 23-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science or other relevant field
- Creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet
- Enjoys learning new things.
- Communicates well in English (Toeic 600+ (if any))
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
