Wellness Specialist Manager – Vital Medi Clinic

This position requires a unique blend of wellness expertise, operational management skills, and a passion for exceptional customer service. You will ensure the clinic's smooth daily operation, manage and mentor staff, uphold high standards of client care, and actively contribute to achieving sales and revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
• Oversight and Staff Management
- Supervise and mentor all clinic staff, including receptionists, therapists, and other wellness providers.
- Conduct performance reviews, address staff concerns, and foster a positive team environment.
- Develop and implement staff training programs on customer service, clinic protocols, and sales techniques.
- Coordinate staff schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage staffing levels.
•Operational Excellence
- Maintain smooth daily clinic flow, ensuring efficiency and timeliness of services.
- Develop and enforce clinic policies and procedures for optimal organization.
- Manage inventory of supplies, placing orders as needed, and maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the clinic's facilities for a welcoming and professional environment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the clinic or with clinic software systems.
• Customer Service Leadership
- Embody a client-focused approach, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
- Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and client experiences.
- Provide wellness consultations and recommendations for services and products.
• Sales and Revenue Growth
- Work closely with the Managing Director and Marketing Director to achieve sales targets for services and products.
- Develop long-term and short-term strategies to promote health and wellness initiatives aligning strategies with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Implement sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives to drive revenue.
- Utilize sales tools and client management software to monitor performance.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage rebookings and referrals.
• External Partnerships
- Collaborate with healthcare professional partners or Doctors and wellness experts to develop effective programs and expand service offerings.
- Identify potential partners such as healthcare providers, fitness centers, and wellness organizations then establish and maintain partnerships to enhance the reach and impact of health and wellness initiatives.
• Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, wellness, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a wellness clinic.
- Previous experience in staff management and operations is highly valued.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales.
• Skills:
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledgeable about wellness therapies and services offered at the clinic.
