Job Description
1.New Product Development:
Be responsible for all aspects of Product comprising of conceptualizing product ideas, product development, formulating, managing packaging, project management , product research, product testing, product detail and key selling point, price strategy, marketing plan, control & evaluation ,A&P control, sales and profit monitoring.
Lead market validation studies, gather customer feedback, and conduct feasibility analyses for new product ideas.
Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Liaise with suppliers to procure raw materials for production and packaging.
Coordinate with the FDA to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
2. Business Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Glory's market reach, achieve revenue targets, and introduce new products.
Create sales and marketing strategies to promote the product among the target popularly and increase sales volume.
3. Market Analysis and Research:
Conduct thorough global market research and trends to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and gaps in the market for new products.
