- Planning, Organizing, Directing and Running optimum production activities to exceed our customer expectations.
- Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current standards and maintain the physical security our properties.
- Responsibility for production output, production quality and on time shipping
- Supervising various departments such as Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Quality control so that can work closely together and perform their duty to the fullest extent.
- Develop technology, knowledge and skills of human resources under supervision to be up-to-date, cost advantageous, and worthwhile investment to create competitiveness.
- Supervise work safety practices to prevent work accidents.
- Bachelor or up in Chemical Engineering or Related field.
- At least 5 years experienced working in Production Manager.
- Knowledge of new technologies to improve manufacturing processes
- Spare parts management knowledge
- Maintenance, both preventive and corrective, as well as planning and scheduling maintenance
- Strong leadership, communication skills
- Be able to work in Samutprakarn area
