Creative Manager
บริษัท ไวซ์ สเฟียร์ จำกัด- Lead and manage the creative team to deliver social media content that communicates effectively with target audiences through the channels where the brand is active, ensuring alignment with brand and product strategies.
- Design and manage workflow and content planning to ensure tasks are completed on time and well distributed to team members.
- Develop and create visual assets for online campaigns across multiple categories, such as health and beauty, tailored for key platforms, including online social media.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Planning Manager and Managing Director (MD) to ensure all promotional communications comply with the brand’s guidelines.
- Stay up to date with viral trends on social media to ensure suggested content remains fresh and relevant.
- Plan and deliver artwork on time, aligned with the campaign timeline and objectives.
- Identify and resolve work-related challenges while applying lessons learned to prevent recurrence, and proactively plan to mitigate similar issues in the future.
- Execute creative tasks by yourself during the initial stages, to build a strong creative team to support the company’s growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or any field with proven creative experience.
- Experience leading a team as a senior or manager for more than 2 years.
- Proven experience as a creative professional, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong creative mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop creative ideas for business purposes.
- Analytical skills to review information from various sources, especially health-related information.
- Ability to learn and understand marketing concepts to actively participate in strategy planning, and collaborate on communication plans with the Strategic Planning Manager, especially the product’s unique selling points, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, and including behavior/buying decision factors of the target group.
- Understanding the algorithm of communication platforms, especially social platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, etc., to produce creative works that meet business needs under low resources and high impact.
- Able to think logically, work step by step, and work systematically.
- Have good skills in coordinating with relevant individuals and agencies to complete assigned tasks.
- Able to learn new things and select useful things to apply to their careers.
- Ability to manage and take on assigned tasks or projects by yourself.
- Proficient in creative design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant tools.
- Experience in the health & beauty industry is a plus
