Contract Manager (10 Years/ Laemchabang)

The Warehouse Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and delivery of goods. This role involves managing warehouse staff, optimizing space and resources, ensuring safety compliance, and implementing cost-effective processes that support the company’s logistics and supply chain goals. The Warehouse Senior Manager will collaborate closely with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and sales, to meet demand requirements and improve overall operational efficiency.

- Lead, supervise, and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and distribution of products.

- Handle bidding process concern with Logistics provider Services 

- Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

- Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and space utilization to maximize storage capacity and minimize costs.

- Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate shipments to customers and internal stakeholders.

- Implement performance metrics to monitor productivity, accuracy, and efficiency of warehouse operations.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

- Develop and manage budgets, forecast needs, and control costs within the warehouse department.

- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluations, and developing a positive work environment.

- Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to optimize transportation and delivery efficiency.

- Identify and implement new technologies, equipment, and systems to improve warehouse operations.

- Analyze and resolve any logistical issues related to warehouse and distribution.

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 10 years of experience in warehouse management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior managerial role.

- Fluet in English language (Writing Speaking and Leading) Business level

- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)

- Knowledge of inventory control, order management, and distribution processes.

- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and operate warehouse equipment.

- Experience in lean warehousing.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in warehouse and distribution management.
