Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will oversee the recruiting and hiring process for the organization. This role involves recruiters, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies, and ensuring that the company attracts and hires top talent. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment and selection process,
- Responsible for employee benefits, such as health insurance, health checks, SSO and etc.
- Responsible for the Probation of employees
- Responsible for attendance (Late, Leave, Annual leave)
- Responsible for training and report to Department of. Skill Development
- Prepare HR monthly reports such as headcount report, etc.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or requested
